Larken Associates has cut the ribbon on a multifamily residential community in Lopatcong Township, it announced this week.
The Autumn Ridge complex at 1500 Hyde Blvd. has a total of 198 market-rate and affordable luxury units, including a number reserved for those ages 55 and up.
The complex includes 10 buildings in the Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong community, with 148 garden- and garage-style units, and Horizons at Autumn Ridge, with 50 units reserved for the “active adult” community.
“While we have been active in the multifamily space for decades, the completion of our Autumn Ridge community signals the beginning of a new chapter for Larken Associates,” CEO and President David Gardner said in a prepared statement. “Through the visionary design and tremendous location of this community, we are confident that we are introducing a new gold standard for multifamily construction in the tri-state market.”
Branchburg-based Larken said over 50% of the units are already leased, with immediate occupancy available staring at $1,595 a month.
