Rose Commercial Real Estate handles trio of leases in South Jersey

Rose Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a trio of long-term leases in South Jersey, it announced recently.

In the first deal, Marlton-based Rose represented both parties in a deal that will bring a Smoothie King to Voorhees. The franchisee signed for 1,200 square feet at a 7,600-square-foot strip mall at 1192 White Horse Road. Brett Davidoff, vice president, represented both the eatery and landlord Voorhees Center LLC.

Rose also represented the Smoothie King franchisee in a 1,787-square-foot lease in West Berlin, at a 9,600-square-foot strip center at 301 Route 73 N. In this deal, Davidoff worked on behalf of the tenant in negotiations with landlord InterState Commercial Real Estate.

Finally, Davidoff and Rose represented both parties in the relocation of Cherry Hill jeweler Morton & Rudolph Jewelers, which signed for 2,500 square feet at the Liberty Bell Shopping Center, 2097 Route 70 E. The local business had been located at Route 70 and Springdale Road. Mitchell Riback represented Clover Shopping Center LLC, the landlord.
