A Cherry Hill office building has been sold, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The 2,100-square-foot, two-story property at 1847 Rt. 70 E. was purchased by Lu Zhou Associates from an undisclosed seller, the Marlton-based firm said in a news release.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ryan Barikian, vice president, and Mike Scanzano, associate, represented the buyer in the transaction.
