A former restaurant and catering hall in Cherry Hill has been sold, and will be converted to a retail store, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The 5,000-square-foot, freestanding building at 1250 N. King’s Highway had been Vitarelli’s Restaurant and Catering Hall, Cherry Hill-based Vantage said in a news release. Financial terms of the deal, as well as the buyer and seller, were not disclosed.
Corinne Giletto, senior adviser, Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Mike Gries, sales associate, made up the team handling the deal.
“With the location along a busy stretch of King’s Highway with close proximity to Route 70 and the Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center, we are confident the new owners are well-positioned for success,” Gries said in a statement.
