Industry veteran Larry Martin has joined JLL as an executive vice president on the office leasing team, the firm announced Thursday.
He will work out of the firm’s East Rutherford office.
Martin, who joins JLL from Newmark Knight Frank, has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a broad client list including law firms, medical and life sciences entities and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Martin was a top-producing broker at Grubb & Ellis. He has been named to Real Estate New Jersey’s Top 40 Under 40 list and was the recipient of the RexCorp’s development deal of the year award, among other recognitions.
JLL Executive Managing Director Timothy Greiner said Martin is a perfect fit.
“Larry is well respected in our industry, will be a strong cultural fit for our organization and he aligns with JLL’s core values of collaboration, ethics, and excellent client service,” he said.
Martin, a graduate of Rutgers University, said he is eager to join the team.
“I look forward to working with the company as it continues to expand its reach in the New Jersey market,” he said. “JLL’s exceptional team members, deep resources and broad geographic scope create an extraordinary platform to service clients.”
JLL is a leader in the northern/central New Jersey commercial real estate market, with more than 1,260 professionals and support staff providing services to New Jersey’s leading corporate tenants, investors and landlords.
