Santomassimo Davis, a Parsippany-based boutique law firm that bills itself as one that serves as the outside general counsel to mid-cap companies, announced it has hired two new attorneys and that it is opening a second location in Iselin.
Susan Schleck Kleiner will represent business owners in complex civil, construction, real estate, administrative and employment litigation as well as counseling them in corporate governance, contracts and compliance.
Kleiner has tried cases in state and federal courts involving construction, employment and contractual matters. In addition to her litigation experience, Kleiner spent several years working as the general counsel of a closely held pharmaceutical and specialty chemical company. She previously worked as an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath and Lowenstein Sandler.
Prior to private practice, Kleiner served as law clerk to Chief Justice Robert Wilentz of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She is a graduate of Seton Hall Law.
Erin Drew is a commercial litigation attorney who has defended and prosecuted actions involving contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, construction, consumer fraud act, restrictive covenants, employment and partnership disputes.
Drew is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State.
