A distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment and more has signed a lease at an industrial property in Fairfield, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Trible’s, a wholesale company with more than 250 employees and 35 locations on the East Coast, signed for 10,400 square feet at 18 Commerce Road, the firm said. NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins and Chris Todd represented the tenant in the transaction with RFP 18 Fairfield Associates LLC, an entity controlled by the Morristown-based Richards and Robbins Group.
Trible’s, which had been based elsewhere in Fairfield, wanted to secure a new location in the region to meet its space needs, NAI Hanson noted.
“Relationships stand at the heart of our success in representing tenants across northern New Jersey,” Perkins said in a prepared statement. “We had worked with Trible’s 10 years ago to find their former home in Fairfield, and, when their needs changed, they knew there was only one company they trusted to help them find a home once again.”
