A commercial design firm has signed a lease at a Branchburg office complex, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Branchburg-based Larken said in a news release that HF Planners LLC has taken 1,832 square feet of professional space at Branchburg Commons, located at 3322 Rt. 22 W. The 15-building complex has a total of 116,526 square feet of medical and professional offices in the Somerset County township.
HF Planners is moving to a new, larger space in Branchburg to accommodate its ongoing growth, Larken said.

Raymond F. Willer represented HF Planners, while Tim Deluccia of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Deluccia Commercial Group, represented Larken Associates in the transaction.
