A Class A flex office property in Moorestown has sold, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The 8,455-square-foot office condominium at 1503 Glen Ave. includes private office spaces, as well as large collaborative ones, the Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release.
Corinne Giletto, senior adviser, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, worked with Keith McClure of Newmark on the deal.
The current tenant, TAO Architecture + Design, will remain in place.
The buyer, seller and financial terms were not disclosed.
