A warehouse and distribution facility in Fairfield has sold for $8.75 million, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
The Stro Cos., a Ridgewood-based real estate company, acquired the 77,983-square-foot building at 140-142 Clinton Road from an undisclosed seller.
Bob Nathin, a Sheldon Gross executive vice president, brokered the deal.
“In less than two years, we’ve sold nearly 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Fairfield,” Nathin said in a prepared statement. “These deals demonstrate what an exceptional location this township is for a wide range of businesses.”
