WCRE brokered the sale of a parcel of land in the Bromley Commons industrial park in Burlington, it announced this week.
The Marlton-based real estate firm said in a news release that it exclusively represented Peter Singh in the purchase of 1 Terri Lane from Hoybros Burlington LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The buyer intends to develop the site into a warehouse/industrial facility, WCRE said.
Ryan Barikian, vice president, represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.
