Leasing has begun at a luxury rental community on the Bogota waterfront, according to developer PCD Development.
The New Providence-based real estate firm said in a news release that rents start at $2,020 with grand opening incentives at the Atwater, which offers 303 apartments in its first phase. Immediate occupancy is available.
The Marketing Directors is serving as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the gated community along the Hackensack River, PCD said.
“With a waterfront location offering views of the Hackensack River, proximity to New York City and easy access to the area’s local dining, shopping and entertainment scene, the Atwater will appeal to those looking for a suburban style of living coupled with a sophisticated, amenity-rich lifestyle,” PCD founder and Managing Member Jonathan Stein said in a prepared statement.
The four- and five-story buildings include amenities such as balconies and patios, air handlers, a business center and amenities including a club room, fitness center and more.
“Renters who want additional peace of mind and an added level of safety will also appreciate that these homes are brand-new and have never been lived in,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, said in a statement.
