Laura Brandao, American Financial Resources Inc.

American Financial Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that President Laura Brandao has been named to the HousingWire Women of Influence list for the third consecutive year.

Robert Greenberg, DLP Real Estate Capital

DLP Real Estate Capital announces its newest hire, Robert Greenberg, as chief acceleration officer/chief marketing officer. Greenberg will join the company’s senior executive leadership team to lead acceleration (sales and marketing) efforts across the entire DLP family of companies.

Greenberg comes to DLP, which has an office in Parsippany, with over 30 years of experience in both marketing and advertising. He previously served as CMO for Patch of Land and vice president of marketing for B2R Finance (now Finance of America Commercial).

With extensive experience and a deep understanding of marketing strategy and brand development, Greenberg is a welcomed addition to the solutions-based real estate company that is on track to break $1 billion in assets under management this year.

Marc Probst, ELLKAY

ELLKAY, a leader in health care connectivity since 2002, announced Marc Probst as the new chief information officer for the company. Probst recently retired as CIO of Intermountain Healthcare, a not-for-profit health system based in Salt Lake City.

In early 2020, the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society jointly recognized him as CIO of the Year. As the new CIO of ELLKAY, Probst will be a driving force in continuing ELLKAY’s position as interoperability experts. His focus will be on growth, partnerships and strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and guiding innovation and ELLKAY’s product roadmap.

Joy Corso, Vonage 

Vonage, a global leader in cloud communications helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation, announced it has appointed Joy Corso as chief marketing officer. Corso will report to Rory Read, Vonage CEO.

Corso is responsible for leading all areas of Vonage’s global marketing function. She will play an integral role in advancing the company’s leadership position in cloud communications, and will help drive Vonage’s continued transformation and next level of growth.

William J. Debois, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center

Newark Beth Israel Medical Center has named William J. Debois the new vice president of cardiac services and perioperative strategy.

Debois comes to Newark Beth Israel as an established health care leader with more than 35 years of extensive health care experience, including clinical expertise as a chief perfusionist; as well as business acumen, operational expertise and administrative prowess.

Tim Jones, RespireRx Pharmaceuticals Inc.

RespireRx Pharmaceuticals Inc. is pleased to announce Tim Jones and RespireRx have transitioned from the provisional period that commenced on May 6 to the three-year, long-term portion of the employment contract with Jones as its CEO and president.

Jones has been a member of the company’s board of directors since Jan. 28 and, as of July 31, successfully completed the 3-month contractual provisional period. RespireRx is a leader in the development of innovative and revolutionary treatments to combat disorders caused by disruption of neuronal signaling, which affect millions of people, but for which there are limited or poor treatment options.

Larken Associates

Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, announces the hiring of H. Jordan Guenther as senior project manager and Liam Hanley as director of construction accounting. Guenther and Hanley will be joining Core Enterprises, the in-house real estate services division of Larken Associates.

An industry veteran with nearly 40 years of experience, Guenther brings a diverse and wide-ranging skillset to his new role with Larken Associates. As senior project manager, Guenther will oversee all of Larken Associates’ major residential and commercial construction projects. Joining Guenther, Hanley will leverage his two decades of accounting and finance experience in his role as director of construction accounting. Working closely with Larken Associates’ finance and construction teams, Hanley will provide the firm’s leadership with deep insights into the company’s wide range of construction projects as well as ensure timely payment of vendors and contractors.

William Martin, Evolution Research Group

Evolution Research Group, a leading independent clinical research site company with a focus on improving the quality and delivery of complex, specialized trials across 15 geographically diverse clinical trial sites in the U.S., announces the appointment of William Martin to the position of chief scientific officer.

In his role, Martin will lead ERG’s Strategic Client Services Division as well as its Scientific Liaison Team, consisting of internal and external medical, clinical and operational experts, including, industry leading drug development veterans.

New Jersey American Water

New Jersey American Water recently announced changes to its Finance and Human Resources teams. Michael McKeever, who has served as senior finance manager at New Jersey American Water since 2019, has been promoted to divisional chief financial officer for the Eastern Division, which includes New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Maryland. The company also welcomes Deana Earland Perez, who has joined the company as director, human resources business partner for the Eastern Division.

“After nearly 15 years with American Water, Michael has continuously proven to be an asset to our team, and we are pleased to expand his role to divisional chief financial officer,” said Cheryl Norton, president of New Jersey American Water and chief environmental officer of American Water. “We are also thrilled to welcome Deana and the breadth of experience and perspective she will bring to the table in her new role.”
