The owner of a sheet metal contracting company has purchased a Pennsauken building and will move it to the property from Philadelphia, according to real estate firm WCRE.
Marlton-based WCRE exclusively represented John Menszak, owner of Menszak and Son, in the purchase of 2624 Powell Ave., where he will relocate his business. The flex industrial building comprises about 12,000 square feet and is broken into multiple flex units, WCRE noted.
WCRE’s Ryan Barikian, vice president, and Mike Scanzano, associate, represented the buyer and the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
