Marlton-based accounting and consulting firm Baratz & Associates P.A. has expanded through its merger with a Pennsylvania firm, it announced recently.
Robin, Kramer & Green LLP, based in Fort Washington, will merge into Baratz & Associates, creating a firm with about 60 team members and the two offices.
“We are thrilled with this new partnership and what it will mean to all of our clients,” Raymond Giunta, Baratz’s managing partner, said in a prepared statement. “Our synergies in business consulting and valuation will allow enhanced client services. Additionally, our firm cultures and focus on excellence are aligned.”
Baratz was founded nearly 40 years ago, and RKG was established in the 1950s.
