An organization working with the disadvantaged population in Camden County has signed a long-term lease at a property in Lindenwold, according to Vantage Commercial.
The Cherry Hill-based real estate firm said in a news release that the Camden County Council on Economic Opportunity Inc. has leased the property at 555 Blackwood-Clementon Road.
Ken Richardson Sr., adviser, and Mike Gries, sales associate, facilitated the deal between the organization and the undisclosed landlord.
“Vantage’s knowledge and professionalism made a frequently long, drawn-out process very quick and easy,” Darren Price, Individual Development Account Program manager with Camden County OEO, said in a prepared statement. “Ken was responsive to our particular needs at all times and pleasantly facilitated our acquisition of new office space.”
Camden County OEO uses federal, state and local resources to uplift the underprivileged, poor and other disadvantaged people to help them achieve self-sufficiency.
