An orthodontic practice has signed a lease for 3,400 square feet of office space in New Providence, real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson said recently.
Terrana Orthodontics, an independent practice led by Dr. Anthony Terrana, signed the lease at 65 South St., the firm said. NAI Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum and Tom Ryan represented the landlord, Seyfo Hawi Realty LLC, in the transaction.
Terrana will be occupying the building’s entire second floor, while Provident Bank will continue to occupy the first floor, NAI Hanson said.
“Truly understanding each building’s value proposition, and crafting tailor-made marketing strategies to attract top tenants is the hallmark of our team’s work throughout northern New Jersey,” Kirshenbaum said in a prepared statement. “This deal exemplifies how our team is able to consistently achieve results for a wide variety of clients throughout the market by leveraging our hyperlocal market knowledge and expertise to assist them in meeting their unique business goals.”
