RapidLab LLC, a health care company, has signed a lease at a Cherry Hill medical office property, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Cherry Hill-based Vantage said in a news release that RapidLab joins a number of medical tenants at South Jersey Medical Center, located at 1401 Route 70.
Vantage was exclusive leasing broker on behalf of the owner, Pen Del Real Estate, and secured its fourth lease at the property in the past year.
“Pen Del is proud to welcome RapidLab and their entire team to our portfolio of tenants,” Pen Del’s Alex Feinberg said in a prepared statement. “Working with the professionals at Vantage Commercial was instrumental in creating this new relationship.”
Emily Stein, director of health care services, and Monica Walsh, director of client services, handled the deal for Vantage.
