A Rochelle Park office building has been sold for $7.2 million, according to real estate firm the Wellington Co. LLC.
The Montvale-based Wellington negotiated the sale of 201 W. Passaic St. by Sherbrooke Holding Co. LLC to 201 West Passaic Venture LLC, part of Bergman Real Estate Group. Wellington represented the seller in the deal, it said.
The four-story, 65,000-square-foot building is located across from the Westfield Garden State Plaza.
“The sale of 201 W. Passaic St. exemplifies the importance in selecting a broker who understands the local marketplace and has substantial experience in marketing office buildings,” President John Johnson said in a prepared statement. “Our experience in the Bergen County marketplace and our knowledge of prevailing market conditions makes us uniquely suited among our peers for office building sales.”
Wellington noted that the ownership has enacted COVID-19 cleaning protocols and new tenant amenity programs.
