JAG-ONE adds 39th N.J. location, taking over Toms River therapy business

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy has added another New Jersey facility, as APN Physical Therapy, located in Toms River, has become the physical and occupational therapy chain’s 39th site in the state.

APN Physical Therapy was founded by Peter McHugh in 1999. McHugh, APN’s president and clinical director, will remain the head of the practice, according to a news release.

“I am very excited to announce the addition of Peter and the APN Physical Therapy team to the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy family,” CEO John Gallucci Jr. said in a prepared statement. “Peter and his team share in the mission and vision of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, making them the perfect partners to join our growing team as we continue to expand our resources to best serve the communities of southern New Jersey.”

APN now becomes Woodbridge-based JAG-ONE’s 78th facility.

“I am excited and honored to join the wonderful team at JAG-ONE Physical Therapy,” McHugh said in a statement. “Since opening APN Physical Therapy in 1999, it has been a pleasure to serve as a trusted physical therapy provider for the Ocean County community. The partnership with JAG-ONE Physical Therapy will give us the opportunity to further our resources throughout Ocean County, and we look froward to continued growth and development to best serve our patients.”
