PDI, the infection prevention solutions company, has created the new role of chief commercial officer, with the goal of accelerating innovation, efficacy and more.
The Woodcliff Lake-based company said Keyne Monson, a former executive at BD and Bard, will take on the role, leading its commercial strategy across the Healthcare, Sani Professional and Contract Manufacturing divisions.
“Keyne’s leadership and depth of commercial experience will be essential as we continue to navigate the requirements of a rapidly expanding infection prevention market,” Kent Davies, PDI’s president and chief operating officer, said in a prepared statement. “His successful track record of driving growth through product, service and business model innovation will be instrumental as we execute our commercial strategy and deliver on the rapidly evolving requirements of our customers and the multiple market segments and individuals that they serve.”
Before joining PDI, Monson was vice president and general manager at BD, leading its peripheral intravenous catheter business. Earlier in his career, he managed Bard’s access systems international business.
