Auto parts business expands rapidly in Pennsauken, subleasing 140K sq. ft. from subscription box firm

Two companies undergoing rapid growth have struck a subleasing agreement at a Pennsauken industrial facility, according to real estate firm Colliers International.

Misfits Market, a subscription box service, is moving to a new, build-to-suit facility in Delanco, and sought a tenant to fulfill its existing lease of 140,800 square feet at 500 Griffith Morgan Lane.

As a result, Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of the Colliers office in Mount Laurel represented Misfits Market in the deal with performance auto parts business Maxon Auto Corp. — which is moving from a mere 19,000-square-foot facility elsewhere in Pennsauken.

The 500 Griffith Morgan property includes 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 29 loading docks and three drive-in doors, Colliers said.
