Developer says luxury apartments in Raritan to begin leasing this winter

A luxury rental community in Raritan is near completion, with leasing slated to launch this winter, according to developer Accurate Builders & Developers.

The firm said this week that Crossings at Raritan Station, 59 2nd Ave., will feature a collection of studio, one- and two-bedroom rental units, as well as indoor and outdoor amenities such as balconies in select residences.

“We are delighted to debut such a well-located community adjacent to the train station and so close to Somerville’s active, walkable downtown,” CEO and President Jack Klugmann said in a prepared statement. “Crossings at Raritan Station embraces a well-connected lifestyle and will provide an exceptional living experience to both existing Somerset County residents and those who are newly discovering this great location.”

Accurate Builders & Developers was founded in 2009, and currently is developing more than 10,000 units in six New Jersey municipalities.
