Canoe Brook Development and RD Management have begun leasing at the luxury apartment component of a mixed-use development in Marlton, they announced recently.
The Inwood at Renaissance Square project, at 111 Rt. 70 E., offers a total of 338 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 602-1,238 square feet set alongside a retail center. Residential amenities include a pool, public park with playground and dog run, and conference room, among other features.
“We’re already experiencing a high level of leasing velocity from the large number of individuals who joined our VIP wait list for Inwood at Renaissance Square, which is ideally suited to meet the needs of the modern renter,” Brenda Cioce, president of property manager RHO Residential, said in a prepared statement. “With graciously-sized apartments and a collection of amenities that’s unparalleled in the South Jersey market, including an abundance of outdoor spaces and state-of-the-art facilities for working or studying remotely, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind community in the area.”
The property’s ground-floor includes dining, shopping and health care options.
“As suburban housing continues to soar, we’re seeing incredible demand for a property of this caliber in South Jersey, which sets a new standard for luxury living in the region and is indicative of the maturation of the market,” Jack Tycher, partner at Roseland-based Canoe Brook Development, said in a statement.
