CBRE has arranged four lease transactions at a Saddle Brook office complex, including renewals, expansions and new deals, it announced this week.
The CBRE team of Donald Sperling and Robert Norton handled the deals at Park 80 West Plazas I and II, a Class A complex, on behalf of the owner, Lionstone Capital Management.
The transactions included:
- Concrete company Eastern Concrete Materials, 24,742 square feet on the entire fifth floor of Plaza I, an expansion and extension; Van Houten Corporate Realty represented the tenant;
- Flavor and fragrance company Symrise Inc., 21,062 square feet on the second floor of Plaza I, a renewal; JLL represented the tenant;
- Staffing company Robert Half International, 11,867 square feet on the fifth floor of Plaza II, a renewal; JLL represented the tenant;
- Insurance broker Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage, 6,823 square feet on the third floor of Plaza I, a new lease; CBRE’s Carl Eriksen represented the tenant.
“These four new commitments at Park 80 speak to the high-quality office space available at the complex,” Sperling said in a prepared statement. “Park 80 continues to attract many of the region’s top corporate tenants, even during these unprecedented times in our industry.”
