Kay Commercial Realty has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for a property in Verona, it announced this week.
The building at 60 Pompton Ave. has a full 11,000-square-foot floor available or an existing 4,000-square-foot office on the floor fit out for a law firm with 11 private offices, Tinton Falls-based Kay said in a new release. Those offices can be rented on a “shared facility basis,” Kay said, or as a single unit.
“This is an ideal situation for any firm to utilize this strategic location or for small practitioners to have a private office close to their home, so they do not need to commute to New York City,” broker Bill Klein said in a prepared statement. “… As we have learned over the past several months, people are now seeking to be able to protect themselves by the use of private offices, which, if they were to be built today, would be prohibitively expensive to rent.”
