Duke Realty has secured a pair of lease deals for two distribution facilities in Cranbury, it announced recently.
The logistics real estate investment trust’s New Jersey office in Jersey City said in a news release that it has signed the agreements with Cooper Electric for the 650,000-square-foot site at 315 Half Acre Road and Comptree for the 300,000-square-foot site at 311 Half Acre Road.
“Duke Realty continues to see significant demand in New Jersey for modern distribution space — especially for facilities along the New Jersey Turnpike Corridor,” Duke’s Ben Rosen, vice president of leasing and development, said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to welcome Cooper Electric and Comptree into our best-in-class New Jersey portfolio and glad we were able to meet their regional distribution needs.”
Cooper Electric was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim, while Comptree was represented by Lee & Associates’ Richard Marchisio and Drew Maffey. Duke was represented by CBRE’s Mindy Lissner, William Waxman, David Gheriani, Robert Pine and Kevin Dudley.
