Cloud-based recruiting company iCIMS announced this week it has acquired a mobile video platform, Altru Labs.
Holmdel-based iCIMS said in a news release that the deal for New York-based Altru expands its market innovation with interactive employee-generated content, changing career sites from static to dynamic engagement sources.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“I’m excited for our customers to see firsthand how Altru’s innovative storytelling technology can transform how they engage world-class talent with compelling, user-generated video content,” iCIMS CEO Steve Lucas said in a prepared statement. “Together, we’re offering a robust solution that the market has never seen before during a time that it’s needed most.”
Baird served as Altru’s exclusive financial adviser, and Pierce Atwood served as its legal counsel.
