Occupancy is underway at a luxury apartment building in Morristown, according to developer PCD Development.
The Residences at 30 Court is a six-story building at 30 Court St. with 58 two-bedroom rental homes, ranging from 1,250-2,000 square feet and starting at $3,825 a month, according to a news release.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our first residents and begin the important process of building a community,” Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development, said in a prepared statement. “This signature building’s expansive living spaces and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities have quickly resonated with discerning renters.”
The building amenities include balconies on select units, fitness center, club room and more. The property sits just blocks from the Morristown Green.
Coldwell Banker New Homes, based in Madison, is the exclusive leasing agent.
