Woodmont Properties said its newest luxury multifamily community, an apartment property in Roxbury Township, is now fully leased.
The residential and commercial real estate developer said in a news release this week that the property, Woodmont Parc at Roxbury, has 230 units, with amenities including private balconies and patios, a clubhouse and more.
“We’re especially proud of the successful lease-up of Woodmont Parc and the incredible diligence and hard work of our construction, property management and leasing teams,” President Lewis Zlotnick said in a prepared statement. “The community’s ideal location — situated between Morristown, Mendham, Denville and Parsippany — along with the unique appeal and beautiful design, continued to rapidly attract new residents.”
Leasing formally began in July 2019.
