Brick plumbing business sold to investor, Benjamin Ross Group says

A Brick-based plumbing and heating company has been sold to a private investor, according to mergers & acquisitions brokerage Benjamin Ross Group.

Garon T Plumbing and Heating, established in 1993, was sold by owners Tom Garon and Michelle Garon to Rich Jordan and T.J. Bragen, the Princeton-based brokerage said.

“Michael Meyer (of Benjamin Ross Group) and his team are extremely adept when it comes to helping both buyer and seller navigate the hurdles of a business transaction,” Jordan said in a prepared statement. “From terms to emotions, Michael will help you get to a close.”

The business serves the northern Ocean and southern Monmouth county areas, providing residential and commercial services including repairs and water heater installation, among other jobs.
