Britannie Betti, Betson Enterprises

Betson Enterprises announces the promotion of Britannie Betti to business development manager and Northeast regional sales manager. In this two-pronged role, Betti will be working with Rick Kirby, regional sales director and executive vice president of gaming, to manage the Northeast region as well as working with Jonathan Betti, senior VP of sales and marketing, to manage Betson’s entire sales organization and business development efforts.

Betti joined the family business 12 years ago, working in customer service, OCS and financial services, and, in 2016, she joined the equipment sales team in an account executive role.

“Britannie’s experience in sales and financial services has allowed her to develop into a key part of our sales organization,” Jonathan Betti said. “She has great communication skills and is consistently working to better herself and the overall organization.”

Karen N. DiMaria, Centenary University

Centenary University has appointed Karen N. DiMaria to the position of vice president for university advancement. A resident of Lincoln Park, DiMaria is responsible for directing the university’s institutional advancement efforts, including fundraising, grant writing, alumni relations and marketing.

DiMaria most recently served as vice president of advancement for the Summit Area YMCA, helping to oversee a $15 million budget and playing a key role in maintaining the organization’s economic stability during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also has extensive experience in university advancement, previously serving as a senior leadership gift officer for Drew University, vice president of institutional advancement and executive director of the foundation for Sussex County Community College, executive director at Felician University, and assistant director of annual giving and director of alumni records & research at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in marketing and business management, DiMaria earned a Master of Business Administration from Felician University.

Christin Meizinger, CFO Your Way LLC

Cheryl Mucha, founder and CEO of CFO Your Way LLC, an outsourced accounting and chief financial officer consultancy firm, announced that Christin Meizinger of Hamburg has joined the company as a multisite controller. Meizinger, who began at CFO Your Way in early July, works with clients in a range of industries on their financial reporting, strategizing future financial growth and sustainability, and implementing process efficiencies.

“Christin’s in-depth experience, both as a controller as well as director of operations, will have a strong positive impact on our clients, especially the family-owned businesses we serve,” said Mucha. “I’m confident Christin will be a valuable client partner who will show them how to use their financial statements to build a road map for profitability.”

Dave Miller, Anderson & Vreeland Inc.

The appointment of Dave Miller as vice president of operations for Anderson & Vreeland Inc., industry-leading manufacturer, and distributor of flexographic printing technology and supplies, is announced by Darin Lyon, CEO and president.

Formerly director of digital business solutions for Anderson & Vreeland Inc. and managing director for Nova Polymers (a subsidiary that focuses on accessible signage), Miller has held various leadership roles at the company since 2005. In this expanded role, Miller will hold the title of vice president of operations.

With this appointment, Miller will continue his leadership of Nova Polymers and Anderson & Vreeland’s Digital Solutions portfolio, while expanding his leadership role to focus on operational initiatives such as procurement, distribution, logistics, facilities management and information services (ERP and CRM).

EisnerAmper

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that one of its Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Service partners was appointed to a key national commission and two of its staff members have received honors from a leading industry association.

Hubert Klein, partner and practice leader for the Financial Advisory Services Group for New Jersey, has been appointed to the American Institute of CPAs’ National Accreditation Commission for 2020/21. In addition, EisnerAmper FLVS Senior Manager Kriste Rodriguez and Manager Michael Bentivegna were named to the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts’ 2020 “40 Under 40” list.

Kimberly Johnson, BIO-key International Inc.

BIO-key International Inc., an innovative provider of identity and access management solutions powered by biometrics, announced the appointment of Kimberly Johnson, a talented and experienced marketing executive, as vice president of product marketing, a new position at the company.

Johnson will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing, including go-to-market strategies and execution, effective positioning, messaging, demand creation and marketing programs. Her marketing management background and strong track record of success will play an important role in growing the newly combined product platforms of BIO-key and its recently acquired PortalGuard solution. James Alexander Lewis V, Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo P.C.

James Alexander Lewis V, one of New Jersey’s most well-known legal diversity advocates, has rejoined Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo P.C. as a partner, specializing in employment litigation.

Named as a Diversity Fellow by the American Bar Association, Lewis co-chairs the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Diversity Committee along with firm Partner Maria P. Vallejo, a commercial litigator and land use attorney. Lewis is a member of NJSBA board of trustees and is slated to chair the organization’s Minorities in the Profession Section.

NRG Energy Inc. announced the appointment of two new members of senior management to the organization. Jeanne-Mey Sun joins NRG as vice president, sustainability, and Dak Liyanearachchi joins NRG in the newly created role of senior vice president, data and analytics.

Dr. David P. Russo, Seabrook

Seabrook, a nonprofit, CARF-accredited, substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment provider, is proud to announce Dr. David P. Russo as the new medical director.

In 1986, Russo graduated from Hahnemann University as a doctor of medicine and completed his residency at Monmouth Medical Center. Following his residency, Russo joined the Surgical Associates of Huntingdon County where he began his surgical career. Doctor’s specialties included bariatric and various cancer procedures. Dr. Russo passed rigorous evaluations and holds a high standard as a Diplomat (fellow) of American Board of Surgery.
