A maker and marketer of colors, flavors and other specialty ingredients has signed a long-term lease in Somerset, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The undisclosed global company signed a 10-year lease for 14,889 square feet of office and laboratory space at 200 Cottontail Lane, a two-story office building, the firm said.
C&W’s Todd Elfand, Paul Giannone, Kevin Carton and Joe Vacca represented the landlord, the Winter Organization, in the transaction.
“200 Cottontail Lane was an excellent choice for this organization,” Elfand said in a prepared statement. “The property is an oasis in Somerset, with a beautiful outdoor courtyard, fountain, seating area, full-service café, abundant parking, skylit atrium with a bright and open environment.”
Property features include a loading dock, significant floor load capacity and power capacity, as well as a fiber optic network, Giannone noted.
“The building is proving to be of interest to trophy tenants who seek headquarters-type quality space with the ability to create an innovation center for their business,” he said in a statement.
