Imperial Dade, the Jersey City-based packaging and janitorial supply company, has agreed to acquire a Georgia-based distributor of janitorial supplies, it announced this week.
The transaction represents the 30th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of CEO Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis, the company noted. Paper Chemical Supply Co. is a family-owned company with nearly 60 years of experience, it said.
Adding Paper Chemical’s locations in Savannah, Georgia, and Charleston, South Carolina, bolster Imperial Dade’s offerings in the Southeast, it said, where it already has multiple Florida facilities.
“Paper Chemical is a leading distributor in Savannah and Charleston, and has an established reputation for customer service, which makes it a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform,” Robert Tillis said in a prepared statement.
Financial terms in the definitive agreement were not disclosed.
