Piscataway apartment community starts leasing for second phase

Leasing has begun at the second phase of a Piscataway rental community, according to the developers, BNE Real Estate Group and Sterling Properties.

A second building with 41 units has opened at the Grove at Piscataway, the two firms said in a news release. The first phase of the project was fully leased in less than six weeks, they said.

“We’re excited that so many new residents have chosen to join the community here at the Grove, and we are thrilled to introduce this highly anticipated second phase to market,” Marc Pantirer, a partner with Livingston-based BNE, said in a prepared statement. “The timing is perfect. More and more people are moving into their new homes every day. Market demand for this price point and location remains strong, and we’re looking forward to continued success in 2021.”

The property includes one- and two-bedroom residences starting in the high $1,800s per month. Amenities include a fitness center, coworking lounge, club room and more.

Sterling Properties is also based in Livingston.
