Two companies sign leases at Freehold industrial park

Two new leases have been signed at an industrial facility in Freehold, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.

The firm said in a news release that logistics firm WOP Distributors took 7,280 square feet and veteran-focused medical supply business Warrior Service Co. LLC took 5,255 square feet, both at 920-922 Route 33, within the Fairfield Industrial Park.

Sheldon Gross Realty’s Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president; Jonathan Glick, executive vice president; and Matthew Leonelli, sales representative, handled the transaction.

“As central New Jersey business locations go, Fairfield Corporate Park is definitely a hot spot,” Jaffe said in a prepared statement. “It pretty much offers everything — an exceptional layout, multiple spaces between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet, and easy access to major roadways.”

A 40,000-square-foot single-tenant structure in the park was recently divided into 5,000- to 7,000-square-foot spaces, the firm added, opening up additional leasing opportunities.
