A Kearny luxury rental community has reached the halfway point in leasing, according to developer Russo Development.
The firm said in a news release that Vermella East, located in Kearny’s Hudson Pointe, has already seen half of the 268 units in the community leased. Apartments range from studios to two-bedrooms, and start in the mid-$1600s.
“We created the Vermella collection of residential communities for the discerning renter seeking an urban-suburban hybrid living experience, with each of our eight communities offering its own aesthetic and personality reflecting our brand’s overall mission to provide appropriately priced, attainable luxury in the northern New Jersey market,” Adam Pasternack, president of Russo Property Management, said in a prepared statement. “Vermella East’s mix of sophisticated boutique hotel meets industrial chic offers a one-of-a-kind aesthetic that has drawn in residents, even during challenging times.”
The complex is part of Russo Property Management’s Vermella developments in Kearny, which include Vermella Crossing’s 230 units and Vermella West’s 280 units.
