Business construction firm moving to Pennsauken, WCRE says

9275 Commerce Highway, Pennsauken. - WCRE

A business construction firm is moving to Pennsauken after buying a flex industrial building there, according to real estate firm WCRE.

An affiliate company, C.L.E. Commerce Hwy LLC, bought the property at 9275 Commerce Highway from Snacky Ventures LLC, WCRE said in a news release. The 9,816-square-foot property sits on about 1 acre within the Pennsauken Industrial Park. It includes 8,418 square feet of industrial space and 1,398 square feet of office space, the firm added.

Jason Wolf, managing principal at WCRE, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
