World Insurance Associates, based in Tinton Falls, continued its acquisition spree, adding a pair of agencies to its ranks, just days after announcing two other deals.
The brokerage acquired Bush Insurance Agents & Brokers, based in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania, and J.W. Edens & Co. Inc. of Titusville, Florida, it announced in a pair of news releases.
Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA on both deals, while Mystic Capital Advisors Group advised it on the JWE transaction.
