Lori Roth assumed the role of co-managing parter of Prager Metis CPAs on Jan. 1, the firm announced.
Roth, who will continue to work primarily out of the firm’s Basking Ridge office, will provide leadership and strategic planning to more than 100 partners and principals and 600 team members, the firm said. Roth also will oversee all of the day-to-day operations for the firm and provide guidance and oversight to each of its office managing partners and service line leaders.

Roth, who plays a key role in developing strategic goals and policies, monitoring performance and driving business growth, has been in the accounting profession since 1984.
Prager Metis CEO and co-Managing Partner Glenn Friedman said Roth has proven to be the perfect person for this role.
“We believe this new role is a perfect fit for Lori’s unmatched leadership and strategic mindset, and we are all tremendously proud to celebrate this achievement,” he said. “Lori has always been a respected member of our leadership team and I’m confident Prager Metis will continue to see tremendous growth with her at the helm.”
