A restaurant has signed a lease at a Marlton shopping center, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The Olive Pit is slated to open at midyear at the Allison Shopping Center, according to a news release.
Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Mike Gries, sales associate, worked with the property owner, Davis Enterprises, and the new tenant, the Kuzbari family, on the transaction.
The tenants have a 30-year family tradition of restaurant ownership in South Jersey, and the new eatery will serve Mediterranean cuisine, including fresh meats and vegan options.
“Mike and the Vantage team did an all-around great job,” restaurant co-owner Nazir Kuzbari said in a prepared statement. “Making everything easy for us and staying professional. They helped us find an amazing location for our restaurant, the Olive Pit.”
