Walters announces construction of Marlton senior community

Walters, the Barnegat-based developer, is building a new, sustainable age- and income-restricted community in Marlton, it announced recently.

Cornerstone at Greentree is expected to open in the first quarter at 16 Stow Road. It has 68 units for those age 55 and up with incomes at or below 60% of the area median. Move-in is expected to begin in April at the four-story building’s one- and two-bedroom units.

“We are proud to be building high-quality housing that is a huge benefit to its residents and the community,” Joseph Del Duca, partner and director of affordable housing for Walters, said in a prepared statement. “The new community not only helps support a sustainable lifestyle, it also offers a safe place to live with impressive amenities and services.”
