A Bridgewater office building has been sold, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The 58,233-square-foot property at 745 U.S. Highway 202/206 was sold by an undisclosed client to Highstone Equity Group, the firm said in a news release. Financial terms were also not disclosed.
C&W’s Andrew Schwartz, Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Jordan Sobel, Frank DiTommaso and Michael Burgio represented Washington Capital Management Inc. on behalf of its client, and procured the buyer in the deal. An office leasing team of Shawn Straka and Joseph Ratner assisted.
“Bridgewater continues to maintain a high concentration of major corporations and businesses across various industries,” Schwartz said in a prepared statement. “Given its strategic central New Jersey location and proximity to Pennsylvania, the property has the ability to draw from a vast, well-educated labor pool.”
The three-story building sits on 5.28 acres with frontage along Route 202/206. Highstone plans a capital improvement program to renovate the common area and restrooms, among other projects.
