A retail center anchored by a ShopRite has sold in Sewell, according to JLL Capital Markets.
Mill Pond Village, a 94,550-square-foot, two-building center at 380 Egg Harbor Road, is 98% leased, the firm said in a news release.
Neither the buyer nor the seller was identified. Financial terms of the transaction also were not disclosed.
The JLL Retail Capital Markets team representing the seller was led by Jim Galbally, Chris Munley and Jose Cruz, senior managing directors, and Colin Behr and Steve Simonelli, senior directors.
“Throughout the pandemic, we have seen exceptionally strong demand from investors for grocery-anchored shopping centers,” Galbally said in a prepared statement. “Mill Pond Village is exactly what investors are looking for today.”
