Camber Real Estate Partners acquires industrial portfolio

Camber Real Estate Partners has acquired a 1.24 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in South Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania, it announced this week.

The properties are a mix of distribution facilities and multitenant light industrial buildings, Camber said in a news release, and brought the firm’s 2020 acquisitions to a total of 30 buildings across seven counties in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania.

“2020 was a grind on every level, down to its final hours,” Christopher Bellapianta, managing partner, said in a prepared statement. “We were thrilled to end the year with this acquisition and remain focused on continuing to acquire value-add industrial and light industrial assets in the greater New York and greater Philadelphia metropolitan areas.”

The selling broker on the transaction was a CBRE National Partners team of Michael Hines, Brian Fiumara, Brad Ruppel and Liam Fahey. Camber represented itself on the deal.
