National Integrity Title Agency, a full-service title insurance company based in Marlton, has acquired a Philadelphia-based settlement firm, it announced Thursday.
The deal for Acro Settlement Co. will expand NITA’s footprint in the greater Philadelphia area and grow its ability to serve the title work niche market.
The team at Acro, a boutique firm specializing in transactions complicated by judgments, foreclosures and other deed issues, will join NITA’s workforce of more than 40 specialists, and give the business its second location in the city.

Duffield Sr. said in a prepared statement. “Heidi Becker and the entire Acro group have a strong reputation of distinguished service, specifically in handling this unique niche area of the title insurance market. They are a great fit for our team and we look forward to welcoming Acro’s current client base and providing even greater options for existing and new customers.”
