C&W arranges $29.7M in acquisition financing for Princeton office property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $29.7 million in acquisition financing for a Class A office property in Princeton, the real estate firm said Friday.

The firm served as exclusive adviser to the Cali Group in procuring the three-year loan for 100 Overlook Center, a 158,180-square-foot building. Streamline Realty Funding provided the loan.

A C&W Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of John Alascio, Sri Vankayala, Chuck Kohaut and T.J. Sullivan represented the borrower.

“Despite the complex conditions in the lending market, the property’s quality tenancy, prestigious location and experienced sponsorship drove a highly competitive capital markets execution,” Alascio said in a prepared statement.

The building is 91% leased to tenants including the trustees of Princeton University, Regus and Certara USA.
