Vantage Commercial has helped national behavioral health organization Eleanor Health sign a pair of leases in New Jersey, one in Verona and one in Edison, it announced recently.
Vantage represented Massachusetts-based Eleanor Health in both transactions. The leases are for 96 Pompton Ave., Verona, and in Colonial Village, Edison. Both locations are undergoing renovations and will open for treating substance use disorder patients in the early part of the year, Vantage said in a news release.
Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Emily Stein, director of health care services, worked with Eleanor’s Srishti Mirchandani, co-founder and New Jersey general manager, and Margaret Rollins, lead, market implementation, on the deals.
“Vantage has been a key partner helping us expand in New Jersey during these turbulent times,” Rollins said in a prepared statement. “After working together for over a year, Emily and Monica truly understand what’s important to us. They helped us find two great new Eleanor Health locations, in Edison and Verona.
“We’re excited to bring Eleanor Health’s new services to new communities in New Jersey in 2021, and look forward to continuing to partner with Vantage.”
Eleanor Health also has a Cherry Hill location in New Jersey.
