Roseland office building sold, Colliers reports

A multitenant office building in Roseland has been sold, according to real estate firm Colliers International.

The property at 7 Becker Farm Road is a four-story property currently occupied by three tenants with short-term leases.

The team of Jacklene Chesler, executive managing director, Matthew Brown, managing director, and Patrick Norris, associate director, brokered the deal on behalf of the undisclosed seller. The buyer also was not disclosed.

“Essex County has been a historically popular destination due to its proximity to Manhattan,” Chesler said in a prepared statement. “Our team’s commitment and extensive market knowledge has allowed us to complete the sale of several highly vacant office buildings during the pandemic.”

The sale was completed via online transaction platform Tenx.com, Colliers noted.

“We leveraged the Tenx.com site, in addition to our proprietary database of investors, to help generate 25 tours and 21 approved bidders,” Chesler said.
