Rose Real Estate LLC announced a trio of recent multifamily sales in Belleville and Plainfield.
The Montclair-based boutique brokerage said the sales in the fourth quarter of 2020 totaled nearly $7 million at an average price of nearly $145,000 per unit.
The low-rise properties included:
- 256-64 Belleville Ave., Belleville, 18 units sold for $2.8 million;
- 701-11 Kensington Ave., Plainfield, 18 units sold for $2.65 million;
- 238-40 E. 9th, Plainfield, 12 units sold for $1.5 million.
“Rose Real Estate was founded on the premise that private individuals and families, as well as those who portfolio holdings include or focus on properties of less than 75 units, should have access to the same professional, institutional-caliber multifamily advisory and investment brokerage services contracted by larger entities,” Lauren Rose Federgreen, founder and president, said in a prepared statement.
